Terms and Conditions

• Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (can be extended upon request prior to expiry)
• May be redeemed by placing a booking or enquiry with bamswellness.com or calling 1300796 940. Photo ID required for booking, to be shown upon therapist arrival.
• Please be careful not to misplace your gift certificates as they cannot be replaced if lost
• Can be transferred to another recipient within the gift certificate expiration period
• We will endeavor to fill your requested date and time, please call as early as possible to provide us with enough time to make this possible for you.
• Please notify us upon booking that you will be redeeming a gift certificate.
• If you wish to extend or make a multiple booking with other members of your household please advise this at the time of placing the booking to ensure the therapist provided has the required availability time.
• Bookings, for multiple treatments, can be made for a maximum of 5 hours massage treatment at one location.
• Single gift certificates may not be split – valid for one use only.
• There must be enough space for the therapist to set up their table and to be able to move all the way around, safely.
• Gift certificate must be presented at time of appointment.
• Not redeemable for cash, product, or additional gift certificates – has no monetary value.
• For areas over 15 kilometers North and West, 30 kilometers South and East from Melbourne CBD travel fees or minimum bookings may apply.
• For areas outside our areas listed above please call us for a quote before you purchase your gift certificate.
• Minimum booking is 60 minutes. If you purchase a lesser amount, the recipient will need to add another service.
• In areas with no available street parking such as Melbourne CBD, parking fees may apply.
• Standard Gift certificates expire 12 months after issue/purchase date.
• Promotional Gift Certificates may have a shorter validity., see the certificate for details.
• It is the recipients responsibility to keep them safe and book, Gift Certificates are forfeited if lost or Stolen or expired.
